Q: What days are you open from your Chapel Street Store?

A: We are open monday to friday 11:00AM to 5:00PM and weekends 10:00AM to 6:00PM

Q: How do we view new stock items?

A: The new stock items are in the gallery section and can also occasionally be found in the clip from the introduction page for exclusive collections LIQUID FLOW loyalty customers who have filled out a form from the store after purchases will be given privilege email notification of new arrivals.

Q: Do you have e-commerce?

A: Due to a high level of demand for our collections from store, the e-commerce online store will be launching later in the year. For the time being, you are free to provide direct payment to our merchant via your online banking once you have provided your customer details into our internal database manually from the store. Payment for shipping and handling or interstate delivery will be notified in the total cost of your purchased item and we take 3-5 business days to ship interstate and 15-30 days internationally if applicable.

Q: Do you do custom design clothing or jewellery?

A: The team at LIQUID FLOW specialise in Beaded jewellery design for weddings or corporate events at affordable cost and fast ready to wear process due to our level of expertise. Our Shukumei designer LI will assist you via consultation for couture and dress-making and fascinators for the races.

Q: What demographic do you cater for?

A: LIQUID FLOW specialise in designs for the female gender. Our demographic mainly include Gen Y with monthly collections for Gen X. We do have good quality garments for comfort and simplistic style for the babyboomers. SHUKUMEI will be launching the new mens range before mid year 2011 to expand the demographic into the male gender as well as corporate office workers.
